Living on the Road

This month was spent moving my Mom from her 3 bedroom house, where she had lived for 41 years, to a retirement center.

As with the "Great Flea Project", Lynne once again coordinated and ran the move.  She got amazing things to happen in an amazing amount of time.

Mom was able to place all but two of her cats.  She was able to keep two of her small dogs -- Mindy, a Brussels Griffon and Dazzie, a Yorkshire Terrier.

Lynne spent weeks readying Mom's apartment, putting up pictures and making it look like home.  Every morning, we would take two car loads of boxes over to the apartment and put them away.

Mom had a doctor appointment the morning of the big move.  We were able to get her big things moved and everything put away before she returned.  When she opened the door to her new home, the first thing she said was "Wow".
