June, 2022
June continued to be about rehabilitating my right knee and
coping with my back. I've had an MRI done on my lower back but
I don't see the doctor's PA until the middle of next month.
Jim continued his boat project.
We had the birch in our front yard pruned. It is a really nice
tree. The left picture is before it was pruned and right picture
is after it was
pruned.
The flowers in my front pots died over the winter. I decided
to plant green beans in them.
The other big project this month was the removal of the arborvitae
hedge along our east property line. A guy from Idaho wanted
them. With Jim's help, he
pulled them all out (41 of them). Now we have to straighten up
the mess that the removal left.
A friend asked us to go with her to her vacation house. Jim
helped her with some tasks that needed to be done.
Bo finally got his summer haircut. Poor little dog, the
weather is still cool so he is cold!
