Our good friend, Scott, died this month. 

I had planned to fly to Denver this month to see my Mother and sister, but life got in everybody's way, so I had to cancel the trip.

Jim worked on getting the boat ready for fishing.  He put new tires on it.

He then started both motors to make sure they ran.  Both ran smoothly.  But then the fun started.  He went to change the oil in the lower unit and instead of oil coming out, all that came out was a couple of drops of water.  When he pumped oil in, it came out the side.  Apparently a seal had failed, letting water into the unit.  The water froze this winter, cracking the lower unit.  Fortunately, he had a spare unit and after a whole lot of work he got it installed.

I've started painting rocks again.  I started with some simple rocks.

My garden is still a mixed success.  The cucumbers and petty pan squash are delicious.
