CORONAVIRUS
Our lives continue to be dominated by the coronavirus threat.
We are self isolating as much as possible. I made us a couple
of face masks, sacrificing one of Jim's shirts and a pair of shoelaces.
We decided we each wanted a second mask so I sacrificed a pair of
shorts and another pair of shoelaces. This time, I put Jim to
work sewing his own mask.
I've done WalMart online grocery shopping/pick up at the
store. Though I wasn't able to get everything on my list (paper
products and sanitizing products aren't available anywhere), it felt
much safer than going into the store and doing my own shopping.
Max has been really sick this month. He's had two pancreatitis
attacks. The first one, at the first of the month, cleared up
quickly with vet help. However, this second attack is
worrisome. He is not bouncing back from it. We are making a
lot of vet appointments.
Max in happier times, watching for lizards.
I painted several simple Easter-themed rocks to give to friends.
